Due to the unique nature of the secondary market and our deeply discounted pricing, we operate under a strict return policy. Please review the details below before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

Liquidation Pricing: All items sold on Goode-Deals.com are sold on an All Sales Final basis.

No Standard Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for buyers' remorse, sizing issues, or change of mind.

Inventory Scarcity: Because our stock relies on rotating retail surplus, we rarely carry duplicates of the same item, meaning exact exchanges are typically impossible.

Exceptions for Damaged or Misdescribed Items

Your satisfaction is our absolute priority! While all standard sales are final, we want to ensure you get exactly what you paid for. If your item arrives and falls into one of the categories below, we will gladly make it right:

Damaged: The item arrived broken or damaged, and this was not caused by shipping.

Significantly Misdescribed: The item condition, brand, or functionality differs completely from what was stated in the product description.

How to Request a Resolution:

If your order is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps within 7 days of delivery:

Step 1: Send an email to John@Goode-Deals.com with your order number in the subject line.

Step 2: Include a brief description of the issue.

Step 3: Attach clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging it arrived in.

Note: Requests received after the 7-day window has closed cannot be processed.

Local Pickup Policy

If you are a Central Indiana local and chose our flexible Local Pickup option at checkout, the same policy rules apply:

Inspect Upon Hand-Off: We highly encourage you to quickly inspect your items when meeting us for your scheduled appointment or at our public meeting spot.

Immediate Resolution: If you notice a discrepancy or unlisted damage during pickup, let us know right away so we can resolve it on the spot!
