What exactly is a liquidation and resale store?

We partner with major national retailers to purchase their overstock, shelf-pulls, and surplus inventory in bulk. Because we rescue these items from liquidation, we can flip the box and pass massive, unbeatable savings directly to you!

Are the items new?

The vast majority of our inventory consists of brand-new overstock, pristine shelf-pulls, and retail surplus. If an item is listed as customer returns, used, or a display model, we will always clearly state its condition in the product description so there are no surprises.

How often do you add new products?

Constantly! Because our business relies on rotating retail surplus, our inventory changes every single week, sometimes even DAILY! If you see a great find you love, make sure to grab it. Once a specific item sells out, we might not get it back in stock again!

Shipping & Local Pickup

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes! We ship all across the country right to your doorstep. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order.

Do you offer local pickup for Central Indiana residents?

Yes, we love our local community! If you live in or around Marion, Hamilton, Hendricks, Johnson, Boone, Hancock, or Madison Counties, you can select the "Local Pickup" option at checkout to save on shipping costs.

How does local pickup work?

We want local pickup to be as flexible and comfortable for you as possible! We prefer to set an appointment for you to come by and pick up your items here in the Avon/Plainfield, Indiana area.  If you would feel more comfortable, we are also willing to meet at a convenient public location near us. Once you choose "Local Pickup" at checkout, we will reach out to you directly to coordinate a time and location that works for your schedule. Whatnot Live Shows

I see a "Live Shows" link in your menu. What is that?

Beyond our Shopify store, we host high-energy, fast-paced live auction events on the Whatnot and other platforms! We run themed events like Sunday Funday, Bin Shows, and Ladies Night: Sip & Thrift. It’s a live-streamed shopping party where you can bid on items in real-time, chat with us, and hang out with the GoodeDeals community.

Can I combine my Shopify orders with my Whatnot auction wins?

Because Shopify and Whatnot operate on completely separate payment and inventory systems, we cannot automatically combine shipping invoices across the two platforms. However, all of our inventory here on our website is also in our shop on WhatNot and other platforms.  So as long as you buy them from the platform you are watching the live show on, then YES, you can! Also, if you are a local pickup customer, you can absolutely pick up both sets of purchases at the exact same time!

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Because we sell liquidation and surplus items at heavily discounted secondary-market prices, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If an item arrives damaged or differs significantly from the product description, please reach out to us at (317) 520-4486 by text or phone, or by email at John@Goode-Deals.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will make it right!
